Our name, "Midbar," reflects our roots and our approach — finding opportunity where others might not look, and building value through patient, thoughtful investment. We're not a large institutional fund. We're a family that invests together, makes decisions together, and takes pride in the properties we own.
Our current focus is the Coachella Valley, where we see compelling fundamentals: population growth, a thriving tourism economy, limited new commercial supply, and a quality of life that continues to attract residents and businesses alike.
