Zoning Administrator Decides

The Zoning Administrator reviews the proposal, gives public notice, and can attach conditions. It can be sent to the Planning Commission or raised to a conditional use permit when parking, traffic, or other impacts call for it.

Planning Commission Hearing

The Planning Commission holds a public hearing and can approve, approve with conditions, or deny. Decisions can be appealed to the City Council.
